Key Points

Huliaipole Anarchy Fuzz evolves the Jordan Boss Tone: hybrid Silicon 2SD1330 and NOS Germanium 1T403, gain stage re-biased, 'Texture' control dials 1T403 bias/voicing.

Clipping uses Si KD512A diodes plus 1T403 transistors per side for softer clipping and higher headroom; post-fuzz active two-band EQ adds Resonance (lows) and Tone (upper mids/treble) with cut/boost and output recovery.

30 units available on Drunk Beaver Rocks Webstore; rapid prototyping with no demo and a Jordan Boss Tone reference. Huliaipole, the town where Nestor Makhno was born. As of 2026-07-13, the price was £120. For electrical safety or opening/modifying, consult a qualified tech.

The Huliaipole Anarchy Fuzz is a radical evolution of the classic Jordan Boss Tone circuit, meticulously re-engineered for unparalleled tonal flexibility and dynamic response. Moving away from a standard silicon setup, this fuzz utilizes a unique hybrid pairing of a Silicon 2SD1330 and a NOS military-grade Germanium 1T403 transistors, with the entire gain stage completely re-biased to perfectly accommodate the Germanium component.

Vitalii has introduced a dedicated ’Texture’ control to precisely dial in the biasing and voicing of the 1T403, while the traditional clipping section has been overhauled - using a combination of Si KD512A diodes and 1T403 transistors on each side, yielding a softer clipping with significantly higher headroom.

All those elements combine to give you ultimate command over this massive sound, a powerful active two-band EQ is placed post-fuzz. Featuring a Resonance knob for tailoring the lows and a Tone knob for shaping the upper mids and treble - this setup allows for expansive cut/boost capabilities and output level recovery, delivering a highly adaptable, chaotic yet ultimately - a totally controllable dirt experience.

Why ’Anarchy Fuzz’? - ’Huliaipole’ is the town were Ukrainian anarchist Nestor Makho was born!

30 units  of the Huliaipole Anarchy Fuzz will be available for $150 / €150 / 549 pln and equivalent on the Drunk Beaver Rocks Webstore - as soon as you see this article!

This is of course another rapid prototyping project without an official demo - so I’ve referenced an original Jordan Boss Tone - even though the Huliaipole Anarchy Fuzz is massively evolved beyond that!
