Cioks upgrades its DC7 Future Power Generation Slimline Power Supply, now including 5V USB-C Outlet and Cooler Running

The 1 inch tall DC7 is of course the base unit for Cioks’ Future Power Generation Series - you can daisy chain 2 Cioks 8’s to it - I actually somewhat break the mould in daisy-chaining my 2 Cioks 8’s, and 1 Cioks 4 to my Strymon Zuma. You also of course have the Crux unit with which you can power a Neural DSP Quad Cortex. Generally you should always check the manual when specifying how many PSU’s you need, and how best you can connect them together. Cioks makes you know when you got it wrong by flashing angrily at you!
The Cioks Future Power Generation supplies are still the most potent of all - they’re the only ones I’m aware of that output 660mA @ 9V - whereas all the others typically max out @ 500mA per outlet. There is no question that Cioks make the most potent and versatile PSU’s available today. And the potency of those supplies means you can use just a single outlet port to power a Hotone Verbera - which is typically specified @ 1A, but it works totally perfectly with the Cioks. Even when combing ports on other lesser devices - you don’t get the same quality of clean and consistent power as you get from Cioks!
Generally - I would recommend Cioks supplies above all others, while the nature of what I do - means that I try to showcase a number of different brands - so I use a mix of Cioks, Strymon and Nux power supplies to power my insane pedal-chain!
