Key Points

Hungry Robot’s Shoegazer Multi‑FX: 2 Reverbs, 2 Chorus modes, Low Pass Filter, Distortion and dual footswitches. Controls: Hollow (Low Pass Filter); Bloom (Long Decay Pad Reverb); Layer (Octave Up + Down Reverb); Chorale (2‑Mode Chorus); Distortion; Effect On/Off Footswitch; Distortion Footswitch.

Sold direct from Hungry Robot in a very limited run and largely sold out; hoped to land at Joe’s Pedals. As of 2026-07-13, the price was $150.

A demo is described as sounding exceptional. It’s a transitional release before the brand pivots. UPDATE: Andy Ebsen @ Effekt Boutique expects stock in 3–4 weeks; otherwise wait for second‑hand.

I’m a little late to this one - in fact too late - as not many of these were made - and seemingly they’re all sold out now. These were priced at just $150 and were available direct from Hungry Robot. $150 is really exceptional value for a pedal which consists of 2 different Reverbs, 2 Chorus Modes, a Low Pass Filter, and a Distortion - and features Dual Footswitches too!

Controls - Hollow (Low Pass Filter), Bloom (Long Decay Pad Reverb), Layer (Octave Up + Down Reverb), Chorale (2-Mode Chorus), Distortion, Effect On/Off Footswitch, Distortion Footswitch.

This sounds exceptional to me in the short demo below. I would have loved to have picked one of these up - it’s a really cool pedal - where it’s a pity more of us can’t get hands on such a gem.

This is a transitional pedal for Hungry Robot - and represents the end of an era - before the brand pivots and evolves forward for its next chapter!

I spotted it late, and though on it for too long - of course there’s the fact too that the budget is long since blown for this month - but I feel I could probably rustle up $150 if pushed - I would then have to worry about shipping and import charges. I had hoped these would land at Joe’s Pedals eventually - but they were made as a very limited run.

If this circuit is never reissued - then I will just wait and see if I can acquire one long term - and second-hand!

UPDATE! - Actually my friend Andy Ebsen @ Effekt Boutique is getting some of these into stock in 3 or 4 weeks’ time - I wasn’t sure any would make it to dealers!
