Keeley rolls out super attractive Plasmaetic Purple Editions for 4 of its currently most popular pedals - Octa Psi, Halo Core, Rotary, and Zoma

Keeley put out so many different colour variants and special editions - it’s almost impossibly to keep up with all of those. While this is a particularly attractive colourway - where likely most of these will have been sold before this article even goes up. So this is more of a marker really as there won’t be many remaining when this goes live.

The same standard pricing applies as you can see above. Plasmaetic presumably means Prismatic shifting colours - so Purple and Blue in this instance. The all-black editions looked sort of vintage - with those RCA Bakelite knobs and Crystal-topped LEDs. Interestingly the Purple makes these look more modern!

I personally really like the Purple - and would have tried to acquire those pedals in that colourway if I didn’t own those I wanted already. I don’t always see the purpose in doing hard limited pedals - of course individual batches will be limited in some way - while if there is demand for those - why deny yourself income. Limited releases should only be reserved for NOS component pedals - where there’s only a limited number of to go around. I personally see no stock in limiting colourways - if there’s another popular colourway - have that available until interest runs out.
