A little over 2 months after the original Dual Channel Mirage, we now get a half pint version with one of the 2 channels rendered in full - but obviously without the various routing options and stereo playback. The Mirage JR is literally half of the original pedal - with the exact same 16 algorithms and control topology for that single channel.

Please find to follow further details for the 16 Algorithms :

I personally would have quite liked the Stereo portion to be retained for the smaller format - while there is obviously a significant market for the mono compact edition.
I've already proclaimed the algorithms and feature set fantastic - and if you liked the sound of the original but don't have sufficient pedalboard real estate to accommodate - then you can get the JR single channel version - which gives you the core essence of the original.
The Dual Channel Stereo Mirage is €325 ($349) and equivalent, while the JR version is just €219 )$235) on the Crazy Tube Circuits Webstore. Those are 16 fantastic Reverb Modes / Algorithms on board - with some really smart features - well worth the price of admission.
I would dearly love for Christos at CTC to make a Stereo version of the Mirage JR - with TRS Jacks - that would be the perfect version for me! And while I quite like some of the Mono Analog Delays - I really need my Reverb Pedals to be Full Stereo - which alas excludes the Mirage JR.
I love that 99% of the functionality is covered on the surface of the pedal - this one is really elegant to handle - with a huge range of effects that needs no menu-diving!
I feel both version of the Mirage are going to do pretty well. I typically have a preference for compact formats - while for Spatial effects - I like them to be fully immersive - which means full stereo inputs and outputs!
I love that Christos has rolled out the JR Mirage, while it's always going to be more of a nice-to-have than must-have for me and my rig!
