I own quite a few analog choruses already - while there’s always space for another great one. And this new J Rockett Chorus seems to be another of the really great ones - with lots of shaping ability courtesy of its extensive control topology and Tilt EQ in particular.

It also has a Preamp circuit which can add more saturation and warmth to your chorus tones - I really like my modulations with an additional preamp as those can really enhance the output!

It benefits from a beautifully vibrant colourway and exceptional Marconi style knobs - for a really attractive proposition. You would almost buy it on looks alone.

I’m a fan of all the modulations, and while I probably use a little more Flanger and Phaser - I still use the Chorus a fair amount, not so much the Vibrato - besides the Diamond Pedals one which is particularly warm sounding.

Controls - Preamp, Tilt EQ, Speed, Dry-Wet Mix, Depth.

This Aqueous Chorus is of course on the acquisitions list - while not necessarily the highest priority - but I will look to get it early this year. The Aqueous is $250 and equivalent from the J Rockett / JRAD Webstore.

I’m certainly looking forward to getting my hands on this one!
